Our Team

Charlene Miller is a licensed Realtor and can show and list properties.  Her regular hours are 9 am to 5 pm Monday - Friday and evenings/weekends by appointments.  Job responsibilities include keeping purchasers and sellers up-to-date on all closing activities.  Thelma and Charlene follow-up with mortgage companies and title companies to ensure all activities are scheduled on time.  They help coordinate all inspections, appraisals, closing times and places.  She handles customer service calls and also backs up Terri and Thelma whenever possible.

Terri Guidry is a licensed Realtor and can show and list properties.  She processes all of Thelma's new listings and coordinates those files.  She processes all of Thelma's new listings and coordinates those files.  Her job responsibilities include keeping sellers updated and working with relocation and referral files.  Terri is also cross-trained to back up Charlene and Thelma whenever possible.  Terri works Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5 pm and evenings/weekends by appointment only.

Rebecca Savoy is back-up support for all team members.  She answers phones, takes messages, follows up on showings and buyer calls, reports feedback to sellers, and runs work-related errands for the team.  Rebecca also installs signs, lockboxes, and takes pictures of listings.  Her work hours are Monday through Friday from 10 am to 3 pm.  Rebecca is also cross-trained with the general office staff and works the office front des in the afternoons and weekends.

Ray Bartholomew is the marketing coordinator and his job responsibilities include preparing flyers for all listings and sold properties by targeting areas surrounding new listings to generate the greatest exposure.  Ray monitors pictures and listing information for all the properties on the Internet.  Ray's responsibilities also include creating Thelma's virtual torus and monitor's her websites.  Ray also provides marketing and technical assistance for the entire Century 21 office.  Ray currently works 5 days a week from 8:30 am to 5 pm.

All team members also troubleshoot and answer questions whenever Thelma is out of the office.
